The customer service is awful on the night shift. Some of the employees just won't do their job. One little guy kept looking back at me but apparently wasn't trained to provide customer service. Uncalled for and should be trained properly or replaced with someone who can do the job.
The app is quick and user friendly! Orders are made quickly and accurately!

Terrible customer service and delivery I order from them everyday they call and ring door bell every time as my acct says to ring door bell at arrival. And I tip every time 20% or more. But, Whomever brought the pizza this last time and did not ring door bell and decided to leave with a large pie just because he would not get out of the car to ring door bell as it shows on my instructions for delivery just lost one of their most loyal customers. And the person that answered the phone at the ordering location in Kearny when I called to find out where was my pizza and decided to argue with me for not answering my phone when they arrived because I was in the bathroom and telling me that I was wrong for not answering my phone when they called. I guess that's how you treat one of your best customers and they don't need my business and they prefer to argue with me instead. Also, contributes to this very angry review and the loss of a very loyal customer. I will never ever order from them again. I just signed up with pizza hut across the street from them. Good bye terrible customer service person and delivery guy.
